GOLD COIN Oils

At GOLD COIN Oils, we strive to deliver high-quality products with care. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1️⃣ Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the product is shipped.
  • If cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 working days.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

If the customer refuses or rejects the order at the time of delivery, a penalty of ₹199 will be deducted.

2️⃣ No Return Policy

We do not offer returns on delivered products.

In cases where:

  • The customer is unavailable at the delivery address, or
  • The delivery OTP is not verified by the customer

A refund will be issued after deducting a penalty of ₹199 or the order value (whichever is higher), once the product is returned to us in a safe and secure condition.

3️⃣ Damaged / Wrong / Quality Issue Products

If you receive a product with any of the following issues:

  • Quality concern
  • Expired product
  • Packaging damage
  • Leakage
  • Missing items
  • Wrong product delivered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the required details.

Required Information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name(s)
  • Clear photos of the product & packaging
  • Description of the issue
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for leakage or missing item complaints

⚠️ Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

4️⃣ Resolution Process

  • Once your complaint is reviewed and found to be genuine, our team will share return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Products sent without prior approval or without a return label will not be accepted.
  • After receiving the returned product, we will conduct a physical inspection.

If the issue is confirmed as valid:

  • A coupon code equivalent to the product value will be issued.
  • The coupon can be used to purchase products from goldcoinoils.com.
  • No cash refunds will be provided for returned products.

5️⃣ Delivery Dispute

If you receive an email or SMS stating your order has been delivered, but you have not received the product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving such notification.
After verification, our team will take appropriate action.
